BH Fitness F9R Treadmill

BH Fitness F9R Treadmill Review

Last Updated: March 23, 2021

The BH Fitness F9R treadmill is built to support above-average user weight and is made for home use up to 20 hours a week. Its folding feature, wide speed and incline capabilities, and decent motor power make it a functional treadmill model at an affordable price.

Here’s all you need to know about the F9R:

  • Engaging Display

The TFT (Touch & Fun Technology) version consists of a 9-inch display which offers entertainment along with optimal performance and connectivity. Integrated with WiFi and Bluetooth technology, our favourite is the virtual location feature that enables us to explore scenic paths during our training. There’s also the i.Concept system which further allows you to train with your choice of fitness apps.

  • 4.0/2.5 CV Motor

The F9R is made for home use, and the motor power corresponds to this. If you’re a beginner or intermediate-level user, you will be able to enjoy walking and jogging on this treadmill.

  • 22 km/h Top Speed and 12% Max Incline

The max speed on this BH Fitness treadmill doesn’t disappoint. It’s on par with what advanced treadmills of popular brands have to offer. We love how you get the option of working your lower body for an added challenge, thanks to the 12% max incline. Incline walking will also help you burn fat faster, speeding up your fitness progress.

  • 55 x 155 cm Running Deck with Damping System

We like how the F9R’s running deck offers generous leg and elbow space even for the tallest of us to run without any discomfort. The shock-absorbing Run+ damping system is light on the joints, using 6 elastomers to absorb the impact of your strides.

  • Convenient Folding Feature

Folding ability is a handy feature for home treadmills, and the F9R delivers it! You’ll be pleased to know that you can fold up the running deck vertically with ease, and roll it on its transport wheels to any corner of your home. When you’re ready to work out, the soft drop system gently lowers the deck to the floor without any alarming thuds.

  • Dual Heart Rate Monitoring

Track your heart rate with the integrated pulse sensors in the F9R’s handlebars. Alternately, you can use the telemetric heart rate monitoring technology to stay in the right zone for your fitness goals.

  • Other Features

Also included in the F9R are a tablet holder, MP3 connectivity, and a built-in fan so you can stay cool and comfortable.
